Our department is dedicated to the training dental students, internees and future specialists in oral and maxillofacial pathology, Dental Anatomy and Dental Histology, Microbiology, forensic dentistry and related fields.
Our department is furnished with well equipped histopathology laboratory which deals with processing and staining of biopsy specimens, evaluation of cytology specimens, microbiological and hematological investigations.
Department is committed to fulfill its duty to the community by providing best quality of diagnostic services to patients and by regular participation in community camps.
Department is actively involved in the academic activity for students of the institute by teaching the very basic subjects of dentistry i.e. Dental Anatomy and Dental Histology, Oral Pathology and Microbiology.
Department always promotes research activities for students as well as faculties of the institute.
